What We Do

NIFES engagement is threefold.

We run shelter homes, schools and a reasonable mess that helps such needy young people. We also have our helpline offices that can be approached at any time.

Students

We are in search of opportunities to help as many youths as possible. We approach and fund all those who are in need.

Associates

Today’s youth need a helpful hand and right guidance at every stage. Here’s where we take care of them like our own.

Staff

We build schools for the underprivileged children so they are encouraged to attend school with their friends.

Students’ engagement is fourfold

Evangelism

We evangelize to them when they come on campus and we teach them how to evangelize their campus for Christ.

Discipleship

We teach them to be like Christ and train them to raise disciples of Christ in their campuses.

Leadership

NIFES is raising leaders. These leaders are trained in the Jesus-Model of leadership which primarily, is Servant-Leadership. They are taught how to lead themselves and others.

Missions

Students are exposed to short term mission outreaches to communities around where they undertake every activity that sums up to reaching unbelievers with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

What we care for

Staff

Staff are trained as Training Secretaries and work on the field (directly on campuses) or off field (administrative work at the Headquarters office).

These are called individuals who are dedicated to giving the prime of their lives to student ministry pastoring, mentoring, coaching, training, facilitating and grooming these students wholistically.

Associates

These are individuals who have graduated from our campus fellowships as well as those who came across the vision and bought into it.

They serve as facilitators at conferences and trainings; staff advisers; patrons and Associate Training Secretaries; Mentors and disciplers.

NACF

The NIFES Associate Community Forum serves to bring Associates together in Fellowship to foster relationships, share growth opportunities and stay updated and engaged in campus discipleship.
